137 Licences to which these provisions apply

The references and applications which can be made to the Copyright Tribunal with regard to licensing by licensing bodies1 are very similar to those in respect of licensing schemes. The description of licences to which the provisions relate is virtually the same as for licensing schemes2, but it must be remembered that these are licences granted by a licensing body otherwise than in pursuance of a licensing scheme because no such scheme exists or is proposed3.
