136 Effect of the order of the Tribunal as to a licensing scheme

A licensing scheme which has been confirmed or varied by the Copyright Tribunal is to be in force or remain in operation, so far as it relates to the description of a case in respect of which the Tribunal’s order was made, for so long as the order remains in force1.
