135 Application for review of Tribunal’s order

The operator of a licensing scheme or the original applicant may apply to the Copyright Tribunal to review an order made by the Tribunal that a person is entitled to a licence under the scheme1. The application shall not be made (unless with special leave of the Tribunal) within 12 months of the order or of the decision on any previous application for a review under this section, or if the order or previous decision was to remain in force for 15 months or less, the application shall not be made
