133 Further reference of scheme to the Tribunal

Where the Copyright Tribunal has already made an order following a reference of a proposed or existing licensing scheme, then whilst the order remains in force the operator of the scheme, or a person claiming he requires a licence in a case of the description to which the order applies or an organisation claiming to be representative of such people, may refer the scheme again to the Tribunal in so far as it relates to cases of that description1. This provision may be invoked where circumstances have changed since the Tribunal made
