124 Collective exercise of cable re-transmission right

The right of the owner of the copyright in a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, sound recording or film to grant or refuse authorisation for cable re-transmission1 of a wireless broadcast from another EEA member state in which the work is included (‘the cable re-transmission right’) may only be exercised against a cable operator through a licensing body2.
