104 Photographs of television broadcasts

The making, in domestic premises and for private and domestic use, of a photograph of an image forming part of a television broadcast or a copy of such a photograph does not infringe any copyright in the broadcast or in any film included in it1. Such a photograph may, however, still infringe copyright in other types of work included in the broadcast, eg artistic works, unless the photographer can bring himself within one of the other exceptions, such as incidental inclusion or one of the fair dealing provisions.
