75 USA: former copyright provisions

Pursuant to the provisions of the Berne Convention Implementation Act 1988 (USA), which came into force in the United States of America on 1 March 1989, the United States of America implemented certain obligations required pursuant to the Berne Convention, notably, removing the requirement to register copyright works pursuant to the Copyright Act 1976 (USA), and removing also the requirement that a copyright notice substantially in the form of that required under the Universal Copyright Convention should be displayed on all copies of the work from first publication in order to
