67 Russia: authorship and ownership of copyright

The author of a scientific, literary or artistic work is the citizen by whose creative work it was created1. Persons who create a joint creative work are deemed to be co-authors, regardless of whether the work is a single integral work or is composed of different parts each which have independent significance2. A work of co-authorship may be exploited by the co-authors jointly3. All co-authors are entitled to participate equally in the proceeds of exploitation unless otherwise agreed4.
