418 Producer’s profit under the production financing agreement

A producer's profit under the production financing agreement is very straightforward to assess. There is only one person reporting and remitting income to the producer—the company which is a party to the production financing agreement—and the income reported will be all income received from the primary areas of exploitation as well as the exploitation of the subsidiary rights (to the extent that such exploitation is not excluded from a calculation of net profits)1.
