The profits of a distributor in this sort of arrangement will lie in the following areas:

  1. 415.1

        Overhead. Although a distributor is not normally permitted to charge an overhead, some do succeed in charging one and most will find a way of claiming at least part of their ordinary running expenses back as allowable distribution expenses.
