351 Flat fee theatrical distributor’s agreement

In a flat fee arrangement a distributor is paid a flat fee to cover all expenses in connection with the theatrical release of a film and agrees to remit 100% of gross income received from the film to the producer. This type of arrangement is only suitable for films which are to be given a limited theatrical release.
