302 Scriptwriters

The schedule covering scriptwriters provides that payment for an outline does not automatically entitle the production company to the copyright in the material, and that if the production is not made the rights automatically revert to the writer three years from payment in full of the agreed fee unless there is an agreement to the contrary. The writer also has the right to buy back the work at a fee not exceeding the original fee if it is not produced within two years from the date of payment in full. Additional fees are payable after the first transmission
