293 Equity agreement

The Equity agreement on cinema and television film production applies to all artists (other than instrumental musicians and crowd artists performing only in those capacities) when they are engaged for films which are produced primarily for cinema exhibition. The agreement requires each artist to receive either a casting advice note (in the case of cinema films only) or an appropriate completed form of engagement before the commencement of an engagement.
