195 Identity of persons having recording rights

A ‘person having recording rights’ in relation to any performance is a person who is a party to and has the benefit of an exclusive recording contract to which the performance is subject, or to whom the benefit of such a contract has been assigned, provided that such person is a ‘qualifying person’1.
