194 Termination right and annual payments

The termination right in relation to sound recordings whose term of protection has been extended pursuant to the provisions of Council Directive (EU) 2011/77 is exercisable at the end of the term of protection which would have applied before the implementation of the Directive. At any time after that date any performer who has assigned any of the relevant rights to a record producer may give notice in writing to the producer of their intention to terminate the agreement if at the end of the term of protection which previously applied the producer has not issued to the public copies of the sound recording in such quantity as to satisfy the reasonable requirements of the public for copies of the sound recording, or has not made
