190 Infringement of performers’ property rights and remedies for infringement and permitted acts

An infringement of a performer’s property rights is actionable by the rights owner1. In an action for infringement of a performer’s property rights all such relief by way of damages, injunctions, accounts or otherwise is available to the claimant as is available in respect of the infringement of any other property right2.
