189 Transfer of rental right and equitable remuneration

Where an agreement relating to film production is concluded between a performer and a film producer, the performer shall be presumed, unless the agreement provides to the contrary, to have transferred to the film producer any rental right in relation to the film arising from the inclusion of the performer’s performance in the film1.
