187 Classification of performers’ property rights

The following rights fall within the classification of ‘performers’ property rights’ as defined in Section 191A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988: the reproduction right; the distribution right; the rental and lending right; the right to make available to the public1. These rights were the subject of a judgment in Henderson v All Around the World Recordings Ltd2.
