175 Exceptions to right to object to derogatory treatment

The right to object to a derogatory treatment of a work does not apply in relation to:

  1. 175.1

        computer programs or any computer-generated work1;

  2. 175.2

        any work made for the purpose of reporting current events2;

  3. 175.3

        the publication in a newspaper, magazine or similar periodical, or an encyclopaedia, dictionary, yearbook or other collective work of reference, of a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work made for the purposes of such publication or made available with the consent of the author for the purpose of such publication3;

  4. 175.4
