168 Presumptions in legal proceedings relating to literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works

A number or presumptions apply in relation to proceedings brought under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 in relation to literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works. Where a name purporting to be that of the author appears on copies of the work as published or on the work when it was made, the person whose name appears shall be presumed until the contrary is proved to be the author of the work and shall be presumed not to have made it in circumstances where the copyright
