154 Warranties as to title

Following the enactment of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 it is possible to incorporate into dispositions of property certain covenants which are implied if the disposition is expressed to be with ‘full title guarantee’ or ‘limited title guarantee’.
