142 Infringement of revived copyright

142.1 Duration of Copyright and Rights in Performances Regulations 1995

Where copyright in a work was revived, exploitation of the work while it was in the public domain was not regarded as infringing the revived copyright in a work1. It was not an infringement of revived copyright to do anything in relation to a work after 1 January 1996 pursuant to arrangements made before 1 January 1995; nor was it an infringement to issue to the public copies of the work where the copies were made before 1 July 19952.
