141.2 Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances Regulations 2013

The Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances Regulations 2013 also had the effect of reviving copyrights in musical and literary works comprised in works of co-authorship which had previously lapsed. The 2013 Regulations did not revive the copyright in sound recordings which had previously lapsed.

The person who was the owner of the copyright in a musical or literary work comprised in a work of co-authorship before the expiry of the copyright is from the date of commencement of the 2013 Regulations, 1 November 2013, the owner of the revived
