140.1 Duration of Copyright and Rights in Performances Regulations 1995

There have been two significant alterations to UK copyright legislation as a result of European Union directives: the extension and revival of copyright on 1 December 1996 pursuant to the Duration of Copyright and Rights in Performances Regulations 1995, and on 1 November 2013 pursuant to the Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances Regulations 2013.
