132 Acts restricted by copyright and acts infringing database right

Copyright is a property right in copyright works giving the owner of the right the following exclusive rights: the right to copy the work; the right to issue copies to the public; the right to rent or lend the work to the public; the right to perform, show or play the work in public; the right to communicate the work to the public; and the right to make any adaptation of the work or do any of the above in relation to an adaptation1.
