245 Order of the court

The court’s powers on the hearing of the petition are limited to giving or refusing its sanction to the scheme of arrangement and so it may not give its approval subject to conditions, or subject to amendments being made to the scheme1. If the court finds the scheme unacceptable, it may indicate that it would be prepared to sanction the scheme if certain changes were made to it.
