46 Entries of satisfaction and release

In addition to whatever formalities may be required to perfect the discharge of whatever form of charge is involved1, arrangements should also be made for an appropriate statement of satisfaction and release to be lodged with the registrar of companies and entered on the register. The registrar of companies, on receipt of a statement with respect to a registered charge2, to the effect that:

  1. 46.1

        the debt for which the charge was given has been paid or satisfied in whole or in part; or

  2. 46.2

        all or part of
