30 Replacement of instrument

The court has a wide discretion, on the application of the company or a person interested, to order that a copy of any instrument created on or after 6 April 20131 be removed from the register and replaced if it is satisfied that:

  1. 30.1

        the copy contains material that could have been redacted2;

  2. 30.2

        the wrong instrument was delivered to the registrar; or

  3. 30.3

        the copy was defective3.
