17 Generally

There are two main forms of security that can be offered in relation to debentures:

  1. 17.1

        fixed charges1; and

  2. 17.2

        floating charges2.

Dependent upon the circumstances the debenture holder may wish to seek either or both of these forms of security from the company3.
