14.10 Place of payment

It is important to specify a certain place at which the principal moneys secured are payable (usually the company’s bankers, or registered office of the company)1, otherwise the usual rule applies and it will be the duty of the debtor to seek out his creditor to tender the amount due, provided the creditor is within the United Kingdom2.
