94.3 Voting on a poll

Where the shareholders take part in a poll vote at a meeting, whether or not the resolution is passed will again depend upon the type of resolution. If it is an ordinary resolution, it must be passed by members representing a simple majority of the total voting rights of members who (being entitled to do so) vote in person, by proxy or in advance1. If it is a special resolution, it must be passed by members representing not less than 75% of the total voting rights of the members who (being entitled to do so)
