90 Members’ power to require circulation of statements

A company’s shareholders may require the company to circulate a statement of not more than 1,000 words to all the company members entitled to receive notice of a general meeting. The statement may relate to a proposed resolution or to any other business to be dealt with at that meeting1. The company will be required to circulate the statement once it has received requests to do so from2:
