89 Contents of notices of meetings

Every notice of a company general meeting must state the time, date and place of the meeting1. Notice of a company general meeting must also state the general nature of the business to be dealt with at the meeting (in relation to a company other than a traded company, this is subject to any provision of the company’s articles)2.
