88 Persons entitled to receive notice of meetings

A company must send notice of a general meeting to every member of the company and every director, subject to the terms of any enactment and any contrary provision in its articles of association1.

Where a company accidentally fails to give notice of a general meeting to one or more persons who are entitled to it, this fact shall be disregarded for the purpose of determining whether notice of the meeting has been duly given2.
