84.2 Directors’ duty to call meetings required by members

Where the directors are required to call a general meeting of the company as a result of a shareholders’ requisition under the provisions in Paragraph 84.1 [502] above, they must within 21 days from the date on which they become subject to the requirement call a meeting to be held on a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice convening the meeting1.
