80 Agreeing to a written resolution

80.1 Procedure for signifying agreement to a written resolution

A member signifies his agreement to a proposed written resolution when the company receives from him (or from someone acting on his behalf) an authenticated document, identifying the resolution to which it relates, and indicating his agreement to the resolution1. The member may send the document to the company either in hard copy form or in electronic form2. Once a member has signified his agreement to a written resolution, he cannot revoke that agreement3.

The written resolution will be passed when the required majority of eligible members
