193.2 Court order confirming reduction of share capital

If the court is satisfied that every creditor who is entitled to object to the capital reduction has either consented to the reduction or has had his debt or claim discharged, determined or secured, it may make an order confirming the reduction on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit1. Where the court makes a confirming order, it may also2:

  1. 193.2.1

        make an order requiring the company to publish (as the court directs) the reasons for the reduction, or such other information in regard to it
