177 Form of transfer authorised by the Stock Transfer Act 1963

Fully paid up registered securities1 of any description issued by any company, except an unlimited company or a company limited by guarantee, may be transferred by means of a stock transfer executed by the transferor alone2. It does not have to be witnessed but, in addition to the particulars of the consideration, of the description and number or amount of the securities and of the transferor, it must contain the full name and address of the transferee3.
