152 Protection from disclosure

Companies Act 2006 Part 21A attempts to protect certain information which might usually appear in a company’s PSC register by requiring it to be omitted from the register available for public inspection1. In most cases, this will apply to a PSC’s usual residential address (URA) and information that their service address is their residential address2.
