150 Register of people with significant control

A company must keep its PSC register as one of the registers that companies are required to keep under the Companies Act 20061, alongside others including the register of members and the register of directors2. The required particulars of any individual with significant control over the company who is registrable in relation to the company must be entered in the PSC register once all the required particulars have been confirmed and not before3. A person’s required particulars are considered to have been ‘confirmed’ if:
