148 Duty on registrable persons and RLEs to supply and update information

There may be times when a company is unaware of persons who, or entities which, are registrable persons or RLEs in relation to it or cannot identify them sufficiently to give a notice under the provisions set out above. Part 21A of the Companies Act 2006 therefore imposes a proactive disclosure obligation on the registrable persons and registrable RLEs themselves. This obligation to notify the company arises where:
