123 Remedies for unfair prejudice

123.1 General

The Companies Act 2006 Section 996 provides that, where the court is satisfied that a petition for unfair prejudice is well-founded, it may make such order as it thinks fit for giving relief in respect of the matters complained of1. In particular, the court’s order may2:

  1. 123.1.1

        regulate the conduct of the company’s affairs in the future3;

  2. 123.1.2

        require the company to refrain from doing or continuing an act complained of by the petitioner or to do an act which the petitioner has complained it has omitted to do4;
