113 Matters to be notified to the registrar

A company is under an obligation to notify the Registrar of Companies of the following events relating to its classes of shares or the rights attached to them1:

  1. 113.1

        the assignment by the company of a name or other designation (or a new name or other designation) to any class or description of its shares;

  2. 113.2

        the variation of the rights attached to any shares of the company.

In each case, the company must deliver a notice giving particulars of the matter to the registrar within one
