109 Inspection of records of resolutions and meetingsCompanies must keep records of resolutions, meetings and decisions by a sole member relating to the previous ten years available for inspection at its registered office or at a place situated in the same part of the UK as that in which the company is registered1. Where a company keeps the records available for inspection elsewhere than at its registered office, it must give notice to the registrar of companies of the place at which they are kept, and of any change in that place2.
