106.2 Poll votes: traded company

Where a poll is taken at a general meeting of a traded company, the company must ensure that the following information is made available on a website1:

  1. 106.2.1

        the date of the meeting;

  2. 106.2.2

        the text of the resolution or, as the case may be, a description of the subject matter of the poll;

  3. 106.2.3

        the number of votes validly cast;

  4. 106.2.4

        the proportion of the company’s issued share capital represented by those votes2; and

  5. 106.2.5

        the number of abstentions (if counted).
