104.1 Members’ power to require circulation of resolutions

In certain circumstances, the shareholders of a public company may require the company to give notice of a resolution that is intended to be moved at the next annual general meeting to each member entitled to receive notice of that meeting1. The company must give notice of the resolution once it has received requests do so from2:

  1. 104.1.1

        members representing at least 5% of the total voting rights (excluding those attached to treasury shares) of all the members who have a right
