87 Cessation of rights and exceptions

The rights of access under the Law of Property Act 1925 Section 1931 cease to apply to any land over which the commonable rights are extinguished if the council of the county, or metropolitan district, in which the land is situated by resolution assents to its exclusion from the operation of the Law of Property Act 1925 Section 1932. They also cease to apply to any land over which those rights are otherwise extinguished under any statutory provision3.
