79 Commonable Rights Compensation Act 1882

Under the Commonable Rights Compensation Act 1882 additional procedures for dealing with compensation money are set out whereby the committee, or a majority of its number or, after the expiration of 12 months from the payment of the money to the committee, any three of the persons claiming to be interested in the money, may make a written application1 to the Secretary of State2 to call a meeting of the persons interested to consider the application of the money3.
