78 Inclosure Act 1854

The powers of the Secretary of State1 under the Inclosure Act 1852 were extended by the Inclosure Act 1854 Section 15, so that a majority of the committee may apply to the Secretary of State to call a meeting of the persons interested in the compensation money to determine whether or not to apportion it under provisions contained in that Act2.
