56 Consent procedure

Regulations have been made specifying the procedure for the making and determination of applications for consent to carry out restricted works and for applications to vary or revoke any modification or condition imposed in a consent1.

The Secretary of State2 may appoint a person to exercise his functions in relation to such applications3.
